We stand behind every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no hassle, no judgment.
Our promise
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to ship anything back unless we specifically ask — most refunds are issued on trust.
How to request a refund
- Email us at onboarding@resend.dev within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order reference (the
#XXXXXXXXfrom your confirmation email) and a sentence on what didn't work for you. We use the feedback to improve the product — it's the only thing we ask in return. - We'll confirm the refund by email and process it within 5–10 business days. The credit usually appears on your statement within a few additional business days depending on your bank.
What's eligible
Almost everything we sell. The only exceptions:
- Digital downloads where the file has already been accessed.
- Gift cards.
- Orders flagged as fraudulent or chargeback-related (handled separately by your card issuer).
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The product price is refunded in full. If we ask you to ship the product back, we cover the return label.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Email us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you immediately — your call.
