Here's exactly when and how your order makes its way to you.
Processing time
We pack and label every paid order within 1 business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
These are estimates from carriers — actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location and customs processing.
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada / UK / EU: 7–14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–21 business days
Shipping cost
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal and is shown clearly before you pay. We offer free shipping above a per-currency threshold — the cart drawer shows you exactly how much more you need to add to unlock it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. If you're outside those regions and want to order, contact us — we may be able to make it work.
Customs and duties
International orders (anywhere outside our origin country) may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive. These are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the importer. We can't predict the amount in advance.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Carriers occasionally lose or damage packages — when that happens, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery of the expected delivery date and we'll either replace the order or refund you in full.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can edit an address if you reach us within an hour of paying, but once a label is printed we usually can't reroute. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (you may be responsible for the second shipping cost).
