1. Who you're dealing with

TUNICAE is operated by Spirad LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, US. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", or "our" refers to Spirad LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. If you're under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept orders by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent.

Once we accept your order and your payment is captured, you've formed a contract with us under these terms.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout. Tax is calculated and shown before you pay. Shipping is calculated based on your address and the order subtotal, and shown clearly at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card details on our servers. Stripe charges your card immediately on successful checkout.

5. Subscription and one-click upsells

If you accept a one-click upsell on the post-purchase page, your saved card is charged immediately for that additional product. The upsell ships together with your original order at no extra delivery cost.

If you've enrolled in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved card on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us — see "Contact" below.

6. Refunds and returns

We honor a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties on international orders are your responsibility as the importer. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including copy, images, logos, and the site itself — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You can't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or attempt to breach security measures.
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise harvest data from the site.
• Submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

If our products are dietary supplements: statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirad LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, US, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, US.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
